How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For handcrafted or custom-made pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Krafteria ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Many of our larger pieces arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, we provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware; we also offer professional white-glove assembly services at checkout.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
